SOPHIE LA GIRAFE is an iconic French teething toy that basically

EVERY French baby has owned for the past 50 years.

I paint in a style I call "RETRO POP"

and this is the perfect subject for me....

Using the iconic Girafe image and shape - but playing with it.

Here I imagined that SOPHIE is now

grown up and ready to SHOP.

There will be a whole series of SOPHIE paintings - this is my second one.
